What is the cost of a ticket?
General admission tickets are $8.00 per day, with children 12 and under free. Tickets for a Marianne Fons lecture are $33 and do include entry to the show and shop hop on September 8, 2018. Each lecture needs a $33 ticket.
Can I leave and re-enter the Show the same day?
Yes, get your hand stamped at the main entrance.
Can I buy a ticket for both days?
Yes, you can via Yapsody in the Tickets tab. If you would like to pay cash, we would be glad to assist you each day at the cashier’s table.
Photograph Quilts?
It is fine for quilts in the judged show unless the comment section states NO PHOTOS PLEASE. If you share your photos online, we ask that you credit the quilt makers in your post.
If you like something in a vendor booth, please ask the vendor for permission before photographing. Sometimes, they consider their work copyrighted.
In the special exhibit, please check the signage to see whether photography restrictions are in place.
Restrooms?
Mens/Ladies: Outside the exhibit hall near the cashier’s table.
Raffle Tickets?
Purchase and turn in at Raffle Quilt Table, near main entrance. Drawing Saturday at 4 pm.
Viewers Choice Ticket?
Included in centerfold of Show Program. Turn in at the Cashier’s Table located near Main Entrance or at Raffle Quilt Table. Award winner is announced Saturday at 4 pm.
Door Prize Ticket?
• Included in centerfold of Show Program. Turn in ticket at the Main Entrance Door.
• Drawings: Friday and Saturday 11 a.m., 1 p.m. and 3 p.m
• Must be present to win. We will contact winner via cellphone. Winner must claim (pick up) prize within 20 min.
Appraisals?
Make arrangements/appointments for appraisals via our website under the Appraisals Tab. Cost is $45, cash or check only.
Free Lectures or Demos?
The Demonstration Room is located just outside the North end of the main exhibit hall.
